If your child is missing hair pieces or if you need tights or dance shoes, you need to let us know this week. 

No girls will be able to perform with holds in her tights or bare feet.
She must have dance shoes on!

Your child will receive a note at Tuesdays practice April 2 that will have the schedule for the week after spring break.  Please keep this note until she receives another note.
We will not be teaching on Thursday because of Spring Break.

We need every girl to all our practices so we are ready to perform!

Cheer Costumes

We will be handing out our Cheer Costumes on March 28 at our Studio from 6:15-7:00.

Your child will need to be paid in full including her balance on her cheer costume when picking it up.  Every girl must pick up her cheer out fit this day.

Pictures will be taken at the Studio.
Please bring your child even if you do not want to buy pictures.  We would like everyone in the group pictures.
Pictures cost $12.00. This includes a group and individual picture.
You need to write check s out to Dana Veibell.
You will need to write a separate check out of each class your child is in. This makes it easier for the photographer to keep track.
You must pay the day of pictures.  The photographer will not take your child's individual picture with out you paying for it.  She can still be in the group picture.

You need to have a pose ready for her individual picture. We need to move fast and stay on schedule.

Curl your child's hair and leave down for every class picture even Cheer.

Picture Schedule March 24

We will be handing out costumes before pictures for all New Va-Del dancers.  There will be a balance due.  Your child will receive a note with her balance due.

There will be a balance on your child's new Cheer costumes.  We will let you know on next weeks note.  You will need to be paid in full including balance on Cheer and Va-Dels costumes and March tuition when picking up your child's costumes.

Schedule for Week March 19

We will be handing out a note each week.

We will be practicing at the Natatorium to put all our dances and cheers on a big floor.
Your child must wear dance clothes. 
If your child is in Cheer she must wear her tennis shoes and bring her Pom Poms to every practice.
Put a long ribbon around her Pom Poms with your child's name on the ribbon so she gets her own Pom Poms back.

Your child needs to arrive 5 minutes early and you need to pick her up on time.

Look at the note carefully and high light the times she needs to be at practice and if her practice is at the Natatorium or Studio.

Keep her note until she receives another note.

NO PARENTS will be able to come in and watch any of our practices!

We need mom's to help us in the corners and on the sides to help us keep the kids quite and in line.  If you can help us then call one of us and let us know.

The ladies helping us will be the only parents that will be able to come to our practices.

We cannot take kids to the Natatorium or back to the Studio- find car pools.

If your child is performing at Disneyland then you need to purchase her Disneyland ticket by March 15.  If you need more tickets for your family you can pay for them with your dancers Disneyland Ticket or you can purchase the rest of the family by April 10.

We will be taking pictures on Saturday March 24 and Monday April 2.
We have someone new taking our pictures this year.  She is awesome! More info on next weeks note.
We want every girl to be in the picture even if you do not want to buy one.  Please bring her!
