Make sure before you leave home you have everything she needs for each of her performances.  Lay it out and check each item off before putting it in her suitcase.  We do not have any extra spare parts.
Every hair piece  must be bobby pinned in good.  It cannot fall off!

Cheer - Cheer top, Cheer skirt, black liner, black spankies, cheer socks, white tennis shoes and bow - red spankies for Jr. Cheer
Jr. Company - skirt, costume body, tights, dance paws, our rhinestone earrings, rhinestone hair piece and flower.
Sr. Company - Costume, rhinestone earrings, rhinestone hair piece, tights and dance paws.
Slumber Party - shorts, top, black tank tops,tights, dance paws, bow and rhinestone earrings

No underwear - she will be wearing tights and we don’t want panty lines to show.

Competition is at Dixie College - address: 225 south 700 east, St George
They will charge everyone to get in except dancers.  $9.00 for Adults - $7.00 for youth - $5.00 for Seniors 4 and under are free.

Your must child must be inside the college at the times below.

Pictures are Saturday March 28th, Monday March 30th & Tuesday March 31st. 

 

Please bring your child to pictures even if you do not want to buy pictures.  We would like everyone in the group pictures.  We like to display our group pictures at the Revue and in our Studio.  Pictures cost $14.00.  This includes a group and individual picture.  You need to write the checks out to Dana Veibell.  You need to write a separate check out for each class your child is in.  This makes it easier for the photographer to keep track.  You must pay the day of pictures.  The photographer will not take your child’s individual picture without you paying for it.  She can still be in the group picture. You need to have a pose ready for her individual picture.  We need to move it fast and stay on schedule.  In consideration of the photographer personal (cell phones, cameras etc) pictures cannot be taken inside the Studio. 

 

Hair for Pictures 

Hair down and loose curls for all classes except Cheer and it needs to be in a high ponytail, loose curls with the bow. 

Jr. Company & Angels - Hair in a bun and Karly will show you how to do it. 

 

We will be teaching at the Nat. while we are taking pictures at the studio.  Check the schedule close to see if it is pictures or practice.  Look at the blog if you have any questions.  Your child will recieve a note with the practices at the Nat.  It is our last week before spring break to practice.  Please make sure your child is to ALL our practices so we are ready for competition.  We will have a note next Thursday for all students who are competing in St. George.

We will be handing out costumes the next 2 weeks - we will let you know your child’s balance and when to pick it up.  When picking up your child’s costumes you must be paid in full including lessons, competition fees, and balance of her costume. 

Every student that takes our extra classes owes $16.00 competition fee for each extra class she takes. This pays for the 2 competitions in Roy and Logan.  They charge full price for the first dance which was the $42.00 you paid and each additional time they go on the floor they charge.

You need to 16 times all the dances an put in one check.  At the bottom of your check put the dances you are paying for, it must be paid for by April 13.  It has to be paid by then so we can pay the ladies over the competitions.

5th and 6th grade Hip Hop Gold pants and headband total cost $28.00. We need this by next week so we can hand them out and make sure they fit!

Also there is an extra practice for 5th and 6th grade Hip Hop at the Nat on Tues, March 10th from 6:45-7:45.

This will be the final note.  From now on you will need to check the blog each day for any new dance and cheer schedule, updates, etc.  Make sure you look and see if your child is at the Nat or the Studio.  We will be putting all of our dances and cheer on the big gym floor at the Nat.  When leaving your child at the Nat they have asked that you park your car in a designated spot to drop off.  You cannot drive through and let her out.  No parents at our practices please (unless you are a mom that is helping us)!
