Dear Parent,

Every student will need to be paid in full before Christmas. There will be a $25.0 late fee for Dec. tuition if you pay after Christmas. If you have not paid your childʼs $40.00 deposit for her Hip Hop costume, we have to have it now!! We are buying parts of her costume now before the stores sell out of them.
We will be handing out the jogger pants before Christmas. The jackets will not be done until the first part of January. The material came with a lot of flaws. They had to reorder more material from China - we are sorry!

 Every student that ordered jogger pants will need to pay $38.00. This includes pockets, draw string, print and tax. We will not be able to give your child her jogger pants without being paid in full. We have to pay for the jogger pants when we pick them up. We will be handing out the jogger pants on Monday Dec. 21st between 3:30 - 7:30. You will need to pay for them next week so it will be easier to hand them out. If you are giving your child the jogger pants for Christmas then you will need to come in first thing Monday when we are teaching to pick them up. We will not be able to go to the studio to hand them out after Monday Dec. 21st.

 We will be teaching Monday classes Dec. 21st - we will not be teaching classes on Tuesday Dec 22nd, Wednesday 23rd or Thursday 24th. Classes will resume on Monday January 4th.

We want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We will let you know her balance owing on her jacket the first of January. 

Next week, Thanksgiving, we will only be teaching Monday's classes.

Disneyland meeting has been changed to next Wednesday, November 4th at 7:15.

Your child's Halloween party will be during Wednesday's dance class only. We will still be teaching all of our cheer, gymnastics, hip hop, and company classes at regular time.  If your child is 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade we will be taking their class to Pizza Plus.  If you would like her to eat at Pizza Plus then she will need to bring $3.00. This includes a slice of pizza, breadstick, and drink.  We will play games at Pizza Plus and then walk back to the studio.  Have your child bring a bag to put her treats in.  If she wants to bring treats to share with everyone that would be great ( but you don't have to send treats). If you want you may have your child dress up in her Halloween costume.  We will be taking pictures.

The Preschool, kindergarten, and 1st grade class will stay at the studio for their Halloween party.  We will take pictures, dance, and then party.  Please send a bag with her name on it for treats.  She can dress up for Halloween and bring treats to share if you want to. 

Remember-your child's $50.00 warm-ups deposit is due Thursday October 29th.

If you have not paid your child's $35.00 registration/gym rental fee that was due in September it is due by October 29th.  There will be a $10.00 late fee if paid after October 29th.

We are having a meeting for all of those that are interested in having their child perform at Disneyland.  He meeting will be at our studio Wednesday October 28th at 7:15 pm.

Hi! Just a quick reminder to let everybody know that October tuition and the gym rental/registration fee is due this week. If these fees aren't  paid by Thursday October 22nd a $15 late fee for October and a $10 late fee for gym rental/ registration fee will be applied to your account . Also, we have several students who have a balance from September. If this isn't paid there will be an additional $15 late fee applied to your account. Please try to stay caught up on your accounts so you don't accumulate a high balance. Thanks for your continued support! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Also, $50 deposit for warm-ups needs to be in by Thursday Oct. 29th.We will not order for anyone who has not paid the deposit.

It's UEA this week so we will be teaching classes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  No classes on Thursday.

We are ordering Va-Dels warm-ups (sweats) this month.  Every girl will need a $50 deposit by October 20th. They make a great Christmas gift!

The warm-ups will be mandatory for all students 4th grade and older.  We are wearing them over our costumes every time we perform.
