Parents,

The form we are sending home with your child today will need to be filled out signed and brought back to us by next week. If you have more then one child taking dance You will need to fill out one for each of your daughters. You will need to make  yourself  a copy and bring back the entire page to us. Do not cut the bottom off.

We need everyone to register your child for dance on our  blog. Please check our blog often in case we had to make changes at the last minute.

All monthly tuition is due by the 15th of each month. Your card on file will be automatically  charged on the 15th.

Every student owes a $20.00 registration fee. It is due now. When you register your child you can pay her $20.00 on line or you can bring it to us.

When dropping your child off at dance you need to stay to the right so people going to the bank can get by you. The lady at the bank said there was a problem last Wed. We want to be able to use the driveway behind the bank. Please follow our instructions.
If you need to talk to one of us or you need to walk your child into dance then you will need to park in the parking lot behind our old studio.

When picking up your child please use the alley by our old studio.

Our Halloween party for each of our classes will be the week before Halloween. More info when it gets closer. We will not teach classes on Halloween Wed Oct 31.

Dear Parents,

We are excited for our new dance year! Looking forward in making a lot of awesome memories with your child.

We will email you a calendar of what will be due ahead of time so you can plan.

We need every student that is in our Jazz /dance class to  pay a $75.00 deposit for her jazz costume by Oct 4.
We need every student that is in Hip Hop to pay a $75.00 deposit by Oct 31.
Our Hip Hop costumes are usually around $75.00 total.

Just friendly reminder that monthly tuition is due by the 15th of each month. After the 15th it will be charged to your card. 

We have received a complaint from a customer at the bank. Just a reminder that you CANNOT park in front of the bank or block the drive-thru before 5:30. If you are walking in to pick up your child you MUST park in our old parking lot and walk in using the sidewalk access. We want to keep everyone happy.

Drop off and pick up

We are so excited to start a new dance year in our new studio.
Our new studio is located just down the street from our old studio going east on Main Street. It will take us a couple of weeks to get everything finished. When dropping off your child drive behind Bank of Utah and stay to the right so cars can pass you if they are going to the bank. We will have the back door open. When picking up your child go behind State Farm and pick her up in the same alley by our old studio and drive out going  North so you don’t have to pull out on Main Street.  You can still use our old parking lot if you need to park and walk your child in or if you need to talk to one of us.

Change in schedule for Fall classes

Parents: due to moving and finishing up the new studio we will NOT be teaching classes tomorrow Sept 4. Classes will start on Wednesday Sept 5. We are so excited to see you all this week and can't wait for you to see the new building!

Hair for parade

2nd grade and younger

Hair parted in the middle with 3 ponytails on each side with clear elastics. Tie bandana around the bottoms of each pony. My sure to put a clear elastic around each bandana so that they don't fall out.

3rd grade and older

Hair parted on the right side with hair slick back to the left pulled back in a low ponytail. Tie bandana around the back of the ponytail. Make sure you put an elastic around the bandana or bobby pin it in so it doesn't fall out.

Parade info part 2

**Look at the note and see where your child starts Parade.  Make sure she is at the right place before you leave her with us.

 Dear Parent,

Wednesday August 22  is the Fair Parade.  VaDels are number 32 in the Parade.  Every girl will need to be at the place she lines up by 4:30 PM.  Please do not be late!  The Parade will start on time and we are at the first!

All girls 3rd grade and older will line up at 665 So 100 W AND ALL THE GIRLS THAT ARE RIDING THE FLOAT WILL GET ON THE FLOAT AT THAT SAME ADDRESS. You will have to go down the back streets to drop her off or park and walk her down to her place.  Girls riding on the float will be at the beginning of the Parade with the older girls at 665 So 100 W. Girls 2nd grade and younger will line up at the 2nd/5th ward LDS church - 300 South Tremont Street. Not the Stake Center. Its the church by the post office . Krisanne , Jackie and Darci will be at the beginning of the parade with the 3rd  grade and older girls and the girls on the float.  Debbie, Kalisa and Karly will be at the church location with the younger girls that are dancing on the road (2nd grade and younger)

***Every girl will need someone at the end of the Parade to pick her up when we are done performing.  They will make us move our vehicles out of the way and we cannot stay with your child - make sure you are at the end of the parade to pick her up when we get there.  The parade route ends at North Park Park.

HAIR -  PICTURE OF HOW TO DO HER HAIR FOR PARADE WILL BE ON OUR BLOG Bobbie pin bandanas in your child’s hair really good so they don’t fall out.

EARRINGS - Must be Va-Del Rhinestone earrings - studs only (no loops or hanging earrings). Put bandages on your childs heels -so she does not get blister on heels.

LIPSTICK - EVERY GIRL WILLL NEED TO WEAR THE VA-DEL LIPSTICK-COVER GIRL STAY ON ULTIMATE WINE Every girl will need to wear black spankies under her shorts. Every girl will need white shoe laces.

 Fall Dance, Gymnastics and Cheer Schedule

We will be starting classes TUE September 4TH - no classes on labor day. We are moving to a new building. Watch our blog for more info.

Look at our blog for our new dance schedule.  You need to sign your child up for classes on our blog.  There is a link on our blog for you to register your child - located on the left side.

We might have to do some adjusting after we start teaching.   It usually takes a couple of weeks. WE ARE MOVING INTO A NEW BUILDING. WE WOULD LOVE ANY MOMS AND DADS THAT COULD HELP US ON MON. OR TUE  AUG 27 & 28. WE MIGHT NEED HELP ON WED AUG 30. WE WILL BE THERE  ALL DAY AND EVENING WORKING ON THE MOVE. IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED IF WE COULD GET A LOT OF HELP.
