Revue Fees - Costumes - Tuition

Every girl owes $41.00 for competition revue fees.  It is due by the end of January.  This pays for your child to compete at 2 competitions. She will receive a trophy at each competition and pay for her revue fees.

If your child takes extra classes (cheer, hip hop etc.) her competition fees for those classes will be due in February.

Every girl that is new in cheer and needs a cheer costume owes a $50.00 deposit by the end of January.  We are working on used cheer costumes first.

We will be having extra practices to get ready for our competitions.

Please no wet shoes on our dance floor.  Have her put her dance shoes/cheer keds in a bag and change at our studio.

Every girl owes $35.00 for her new dance shoes and dance tights.  Every girl must purchase new dance shoes and tights to go with our costumes.

If you have changed your contact info (cell or home) that you gave to us in the fall- you will need to let us know in case we need to contact you.

Monthly tuition must be paid in the month it is due.  We will be enforcing late fees!  If you paid laet in December then you owe a $25.00 late fee.

We will let you know competition and revue dates before the end of January.  Put these dates on your calender.  We need every girl to perform.  We do formations and ever girl is important.

If your child is in Cheer it is important for her to be to class, we cannot work on stunts without everyone.

Zumba classes are starting back up this week.  Monday 6-7 am, Wednesday 8:30-9:30 pm, Friday 607 am.  Come join the fun while getting physically fit.

Every student will need to be paid in full including December tuition.  If you go past the 15th there will be a $25 late fee.

If your child is in Jr. Elite - Hip Hop Class (2nd, 3rd, & 4th grade) you will owe $24 for her jacket that she will perform in.  We need to purchase them now before they sell out.

Every student needs to keep current on monthly tuition.  Dec tuition will be due by Dec 15th.  If it is late there will be a $25 late fee.  Tuition must be paid in the month it is due.

If you still owe your child's $65 deposit on her costume you must pay it now.

School is out Wed Oct 17 and Thur Oct 18th for UEA.
We will not be teaching those days.  Wed classes will come on Mon Oct 15.  A lot of people leave town over UEA.  Some months have five lessons and we also teach a lot of extra classes in the spring to get ready for competitions.

Wed Oct 24 and Thurs Oct 25 we will be having a Halloween Party in your child's regular dance class only.  Your child can dress up and we will be taking pictures for our slide show for our revue in the spring.  We will meet at the studio; dance the first part of class then party.  If your child is in 1st grade and older then we will walk down to Pizza Plus.  Your child can purchase a slice of pizza, drink and bread stick for $3.00.  If you want her to have the special then send $3.00 with her.  She does not have to eat.  We will play games and take pictures.  We have treats for everyone.   We will walk back to the studio at the end of her class.  Have your child bring a bag to put treats in.  Your child can bring a treat to share if she wants to.

Monday Tuesday and Thursday classes will be at the same times the week of Halloween.

If your child is selling candles for our fundraiser you need to get your candle orders in so she has time to get fall candles back to you before Halloween.  This is a great fundraiser.  your child can us her credit towards anything in Va-Dels.

Your child's $65 costume deposit is due by the 15th of Oct.  This mandatory!

We have to get her deposit so we can pay them to get a spot.  It is no-refundable.

If your child is new in cheer this year and you haven't paid $25 for her pom poms then you need to do so.  We are placing a pom pom order on Friday.

Every child must keep current each month on monthly tuition.  You cannot carry your bill into the next month.  If you paid late in Sept and you didn't pay the $15 late fee then you need to bring it to us now.

We need every child to hand in her release from for dance.  You can print one from an earlier post or get one from the studio.

Fundraiser - Costume Deposit -

Every dancer and cheerleader must fill out our release form and hand it in.  We gave every student a note at our first lesson.  It had the release from on it.  Parents must sign and return by next week.  Do not cut it off, please bring the full note.  If you cut it off you need to sing and return another one by next week.

Every girl needs to wear dance clothes and dance shoes to her classes.  No long dance pants, unless she can roll them up to her knees.  Spankies (cheer shorts) are the best to dance in.

Girls taking cheer need to wear cheer (tennis shoes) to cheer class.  If your child is in Pee Wee Cheer or Jr. Cheer and does not have our pom poms then you will need to bring $25 for her pom poms by next week.
We need to get them ordered.

If your child is doing a solo (individual) we encourage her to take technique.

Kim Veibell White will be teaching Zumba classes.  She is certified and will be starting the month of October.  More info on next note.

We will be selling Salt City Candles for a fundraiser.  If your child wants to do our Salt City fundraiser then you must follow all the rules.  You have until Oct 15 to hand in her orders and money.  Please keep in mind that sometimes they get back ordered on Holiday candles, so hurry and get your orders placed.  Your child will make $5 off every candle she sells.  She can use her money to pay her deposit towards her new costume or anything in Va-Dels.  She must hand two envelopes into us.  One envelop should have her order and money for candles.  Put her name on the front of the envelope.  Make a copy for you so when you get your candles you know who they go to (cash only!).  In the other envelope you need to put her $5 X each candle she sold.  Write on the front to her envelope her name (cash only).  We will not accept any checks.  We will not place her order without her credit money.  Its too hard to keep track of everything if it is not done right.

Every child in Va-Dels will owe $65 (no-refundable) deposit toward her new costume by Oct 25.  You can sell candles to help pay her deposit.  We have to place our order for custome in Oct.  On Stage Dance Wear will not let us place our costume order without a deposit.

We expect your child to pay tuition by the first lesson of each month, after the 15th we will charge a $15 late fee.  This will be enforced!

We love our job and we love teaching your child and like any job we expect to be paid for our work.  We are sure you can understand and appreciate this.

If you are still interested in having your child in our Hip Hop class or if you are interested in our Mom & tot class, then you need to call us.  We will be starting these classes in Oct.

We will be going to Thriller in Logan on Friday Oct 19th.  It's for girls 6th grade and Older.  The tickets are $16.  It would be a great Mom/Daughter fun night.  It is an awesome dance show.  If you are interested then you need to have your money to us by Sept 15th.  We want to hurry an order them so we can all sit together.

Welcome to Va-Dels!

We are excited to begin a new year and have your family be a part of it.  We strive to attain a highly supervised and disciplined program with objective to teach and coach skills necessary to obtain the highest quality of learning.

Starting next week all dancers and parents will need to enter through the back door.  We need every car to drop your child off by our back door- drive though the alley and turn right onto Main Street.  For the safety of the dancers we ask that everyone follow these directions.  We need you to pick up your child in the back.

New monthly prices for dance classes-
Preschool -                       $30.00  Gymnastics $5.00
Kind, 1st & 2nd grade-     $35.00  This includes on extra class
3rd & 4th Grade-              $40.00  This includes two extra classes
5th & Older -                    $45.00  This includes one extra class

If your child chooses not to take two classes the price is still the same. Your child can take additional classes for $5.00 a month or $50 for unlimited classes.

The more classes she takes the better dancer she will become.

Please be prompt in dropping off and picking up your children.  We will not be responsible for students left unattended before and after class.  If a problem arises a $5.00 fee may be added to your account for time spent by instructors waiting for students to be picked up.  It is important that your child be on time so they can participate in all warm-ups.  Attendance is an important element in all classes.  Consistency is a valuable tool in learning and being in all classes regularly is essential to learning and growth.

Monthly tuition stays the same on longer and shorter months.  If you decide to change or withdraw from a class you will continue to be charged for all classes until arrangements are made with payment.

• Tuition is due by the 10th of each month and unless other arrangements have been made a $10 late fee will be charged after the 15th of each month.
• We reserve the right to refuse service after a 45 day delinquent account.
• We believe that our instructors are of the very best quality and we strive to have the best program while keeping classes affordable
• There will be a $20 fee on all returned checks.

If your child brings a cell phone to class it has to be turned off.

Dress Code - Students should come to class in appropriate dance, cheer or gymnastics clothes.  Dance shoes are required for all dance classes, as well as cheer shoes for all cheer classes.  Your child must bring her dance shoes and cheer keds in a bag, she will change into her dance shoes for class.

No Parents

No gum, food or drink will be allowed only bottled water.  No popcorn in our studio.

If your child brings cash it must be in an envelope with your child's name on it.  How much money and what you are paying for.  We will send a cash receipt the next week home with your child.  you must hang onto the receipt until May.  If you pay with a check then you will have your check for a receipt  Please write your child's name at the bottom of your check each month and what you are paying for.

Competition Teams - Students will be placed on skill/ability appropriate teams.  Your student may change classes as their ability levels increase.  Please understand this is to help them develop at their own rate and to allow them time to develop correct technique and skills.
